Abstract: In an era of increasingly complex business competition, strategic partnerships have become an important strategy for companies to survive and thrive. However, fairness in the sharing of partnership results is often a crucial issue that affects the success of cooperation. The purpose of this study is to conceptually analyze the integration of the Al Adl principle in the strategic partnership profit sharing system can cont ribute to increasing the strength of the company. T his research uses the library research method, by reviewing various literatures, scientific journals, and other secondary sources relevant to the research topic. The results show that the implementation of this model has significant potential in increasing the strength of the company, covering both financial and justice-based aspects.
