Further explained in Section One below according to and subject to the limitations, terms, and conditions of this contract (hereinafter Agreement). The Member will be referred to in this Agreement as the Member. AHCS Home Care Services, Inc. will hereafter be referred to as “AHCS” in this Agreement.
