This agreement is undertaken to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the Employer and employees represented by the Union to recognize the mutual value of joint discussions and negotiations in all matters pertaining to working conditions, hours of work and scale of wages and to promote the morale, well being and security of all employees within the Bargaining Unit; and the best interest of the Employer.
