This Software as a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sensiple Inc.,, with its principal place of business at 555 US Highway 1 Street, Suite 330, Iselin, New Jersey 08830 USA (“Licensor” / “Sensiple”) the absolute owner of the software product “Kaptiche” and the user of the Software Product “Kaptiche” whose details are captured in the process of customer account creation (Licensee / Customer). Sensiple / Licensor and Customer / Licensee agree that the following terms and conditions will apply to the services provided by Sensiple to the Customer under this Agreement.
