Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in an HYP Fitness activity, group event or any activity organized by HYP and its volunteers, now or in the future, hereinafter called “the activity”, I, for myself, my heirs, representatives, executors, successors, administrators, agents, and assigns, do hereby knowingly and fully waive, release, and hold harmless HYP, its personnel, including its administrators, directors, officers, agents, volunteers, employees, and members (collectively referred to as “Releasees”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, suits, and actions resulting from injuries, damages and losses, including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in party by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, that I may incur as a result of my participation in the activity, which I now have or which may arise in the future.
