As part of the consideration for my being allowed to participate in the North Carolina State University’s Challenge Course program, I hereby release, hold harmless, and forever discharge North Carolina State University (“University”), its employees and agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in such activity. I further agree to indemnity the University, its employees and agents from any and all claims resulting from my own negligence.
