This LICENSE AGREEMENT is made by and between the City of Burlington, a municipal corporation organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Vermont (hereinafter CITY) and BURLINGTON HARBOR HOTEL GROUP, LLC d/b/a COURTYARD BURLINGTON HARBOR HOTEL, a commercial establishment located at 25 Cherry St., Burlington, Vermont (hereinafter COURTYARD or LICENSEE).
