This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered into by and between MultiCare Health System (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or “Hospital”) and the Washington State Nurses Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Union” or “Association”) NICU - Staff Nurses Unit. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the understanding reached between the parties with respect to wages, hours of work and conditions of employment, pursuant to the election certified by the National Labor Relations Board in case 19-RC-326516. The 2023-2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement between Employer and the Union (the “NICU Agreement”) shall apply to all per diem NICU registered nurses except as provided for, or modified in, this MOA.
