On January 19, 2022, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) among PJM as Transmission Provider, CO-Zaners Rohrsburg LLC (CO-Zaners) as Wholesale Market Participant, and PPL Electric Utilities Corporation (PPL) as Transmission Owner.1 You state that PJM is submitting the WMPA for filing because CO-Zaners requested interconnection of its 3 MW solar generating facility located in Columbia County, PA to PPL’s non-jurisdictional distribution facilities to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets. PJM requests that the WMPA be accepted for filing effective December 21, 2021.
