When sending to tss@nuigalway.ie , please ensure that all relevant items from checklist below are attached along with all necessary approvals attached by the 10th of the month prior to commencement date. A copy of this contract must also be provided to the employee and another kept on file in the unit. Where applicable and feasible, HR will issue a further contract of employment to all pensionable employees. Please note that due to the high volume of contracts to be issued at present, it may take up to 15 working days to issue same.
