This Amendment amends the “AGREEMENT FOR CITY OF SEATTLE CONTRACT FOR LABOR AND EQUIPMENT TRACKING”, (“Agreement”) entered into on April 29, 2005 between City of Seattle (“Seattle”) and Syclo, LLC, (“Syclo”) by implementing the modifications described herein. The changes executed under this Amendment are detailed in the revised pages of the Agreement (attached)
