The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall govern the contractual relationship (“Agreement”) between OMNIA PARTNERS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“OMNIA”), and the company and its subsidiaries and affiliates registering as a member (together, “Member”) (each, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
