This AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH (the “City”), a home rule municipal corporation situated in portions of Tarrant, Parker, Denton, and Wise Counties, Texas, as executed by Dana Burghdoff, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Vendor Company Name (“Vendor”), a Corporation, as executed by Named Individual, its duly authorized Title of Named Individual, each individually referred to as a “party” and collectively referred to as the “parties.”
