The Board recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions for all permanent and supply Office, Clerical, Technical, Educational Assistant, Educational Intervenor, Student Support Worker, Technician, Lunchtime Supervisor and Lunchtime Office Support Worker employees employed with York Catholic School Board as per Schedule D and E of this agreement; including new bargaining unit positions created during the life of this Agreement.
