This Client Agreement (“Agreement”), entered by and between AXSE Brokerage Ltd, a limited liability company regulated as a Securities Dealer by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (“FSA”) with license number SD041 to carry out certain categories of financial investment business as permitted under the Seychelles Securities Act 2007, having its registered address at Suite 3, Global Village, Jivan's Complex, Mont Fleuri, Mahé, Seychelles, and You (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) (hereinafter both referred to as “Parties”), contains the terms and conditions governing the contractual relationship between both Parties and all Transactions in the Trading Platform that AXSE Brokerage Ltd grants the Client access to.
