In this Credit Agreement, the words “I,” “me,” “my,” and “mine” mean each of the Borrower or Cosigner, as applicable and/or where the context requires; the words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean both the Borrower and Cosigner, as applicable and/or where the context requires. “VSAC,” and the words “you,” “your,” and “yours,” mean the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation, its agents, successors and assigns, and any subsequent holder of this Agreement. This Credit Agreement will not be in effect unless accepted by VSAC.
