You (owner of the dog) give permission to Michael Rae and certified contractors of Dog Talk LLC. to enter the property listed above and to walk dog off said property. You agree that Dog Talk LLC. and its representatives are not labial for injury to your dog, and are not liable for any damage, loss or theft of any personal property at your home. You agree on behalf of yourself and your personal representatives to release and discharge Dog Talk LLC, or any subsidiary thereof, and Michael Rae from any and all claims or causes arising out of our negligence. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You are waiving any right you or anyone in your family may have to bring legal action to assert a claim against us.
