This Tax Abatement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Plano, Texas, a home-rule municipal corporation of Collin and Denton Counties, Texas, duly acting herein by and through its City Manager, hereinafter referred to as “City” and Columbia Medical Center of Plano Subsidiary, L.P. d/b/a Medical Center of Plano, a Texas limited partnership, duly acting by and through its authorized representative, hereinafter referred to as “Owner”.
