This Data Processing Addendum ("Addendum") forms part of the Framework Agreement or Purchase Order Terms (as applicable) (“Principal Agreement”) between Citrix (acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Citrix Affiliate) and Supplier (acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Supplier Affiliate) and applies to those services for which Citrix engages Supplier under an SOW or Order Form (“Services”) that include the Processing of Personal Information. Supplier shall at all times remain responsible for the performance of Supplier Affiliates under the Principal Agreement, including this Addendum.

This Data Processing Addendum ("Addendum") forms part of the master agreement or purchase order (as applicable and that reference this Addendum) (“Principal Agreement”) between Citrix (acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Citrix Affiliate) and Supplier (acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Supplier Affiliate) and applies to those services for which Citrix engages Supplier under an ordering document (“Services”) that include the Processing of Personal Information. Supplier shall at all times remain responsible for the performance of Supplier Affiliates under the Principal Agreement, including this Addendum.
