Contract Type FiledJanuary 14th, 2021The Trade Continuity Agreement (TCA) between the UK and Canada signed on 9 December 2020, is a temporary agreement designed to guarantee the continuation of trade between the parties under the preferential terms established in the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union. With the end of the UK-EU Brexit Transition period on 31st December 2020, CETA ceased to apply to the UK.
