(“Ulteig”, “we” or “us”) to provide this agreement (the “Agreement”) for engineering services (the “Services”) in connection with the above-referenced project (the “Project”) for Sibley County (the “Client”). We are pleased to have the opportunity to be of service to you with respect to the Project. We, like you, value clear and timely communication. In that spirit, the purpose of this Agreement is to memorialize our understanding of the Project, as well as the terms and conditions by which we will provide Services to you.
