This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement made between Forescout Technologies, Inc. (“Forescout”) and the entity that has submitted an Order for Products, ActiveCare and/or Professional Services for its internal use as an end user (“Customer”). This End User License Agreement consists of the terms and conditions set forth below, the Forescout Data Processing Addendum made available at https://www.forescout.com/company/legal/, any other exhibits or attachments referenced hereto, and each accepted Order or Statement of Work referenced hereto or subsequently signed by the Parties, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference (collectively, the “EULA” or “Agreement”).
