This agreement covers Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) and Attachment A and must be completed by the Housing Stabilization Case Manager and Landlord when providing TBRA under the ESG/ CoC Program. This Rental Assistance Agreement does not take the place of the lease between the program participant and the landlord. A formal lease must be executed between the program participant and the landlord and attached to this Agreement for submission to Program Director.
