This Collaborative Research Agreement (“Agreement”), having an effective date (“Effective Date”) as of the date of the last signature hereto, is entered into by and between Bradley University (“UNIVERSITY”), organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois and having offices at 1501 West Bradley Avenue; and XXXXXXXXXX, organized and existing under the laws of XXXXXXXXXXX and having offices at XXXXXXXXXXXX. The parties may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
