THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Contractor's Name, a Contractor's Location whose business address is Contractor's Complete Address, (the “Contractor”) and the CITY OF CENTENNIAL, COLORADO, a home rule municipality of the State of Colorado (the “City”). The City and the Contractor may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
