Release: In consideration of me and my child being permitted to visit, enter upon or participate in any activity at the above location, I, for myself, my child, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Compass Church of Monterey County, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives and agents from liability from any and all claims of any nature, resulting in personal injury, death, accidents, illness, property loss and losses of any nature arising from, but not limited to, the visitation, entry upon or participation by me and my child in any activity at the above location.
