This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, is between Metropolitan Education District (MetroED) and Mountain View Los Altos High School District (Agency). MetroED and the Agency can each be referred to as the “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” for the purpose of this Agreement.
