San Antonio, Suite 300, San Marcos, Texas 78666, and LNV, Inc. hereinafter "Contractor"), whose primary place of business is located at 7500 Rialto Blvd., Building 1, Suite 240, Austin TX 78735, hereby enter into this Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") effective the �day of May, 2019 (hereinafter "Effective Date").
