This HOST COMMUNITY AGREEMENT, is made as of the th day of December, 2011 (this “Agreement”) by and between Monticello Hills Wind LLC, a limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, and having its offices at 1300 N. Northlake Way, Seattle, WA 98130 (the “Company”), and the Town of Richfield, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York and having its offices at Town of Richfield Town Hall, 18 East James Street, Richfield Springs, New York 13439 (the “Town”). The Company and the Town may sometimes be referred to herein, individually, as a “party” and, collectively, as the “parties”.
