This Contract is made for the user named above. This is a Contract to rent cross country (XC) ski equipment, including skis, bindings & poles, for use during the current season and return the equipment to ASC at the end of the season. By my signature, I agree to: 1) check the condition of the equipment and 2) accept it only if it is fully satisfactory to me. I agree to pay the Club’s rental rate and to return all of the equipment in a similar, useable condition by the end of the season; i.e. NLT April 15th. Failing to do so, l agree to pay the replacement value of the equipment. I acknowledge that l am signing this Contract with a separate Liability Release Agreement (below).
