This software as a service agreement (“Agreement”) and any executed Software-as-a-Service Order Forms between the Parties are incorporated herein and will govern the provision of the Services to the Customer set forth in the Software-as-a-Service Order Form and/or this Agreement by One. Customer may request additional Services by submitting a separate Order Form(s). This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date of Customer’s first executed Software-as-a-Service Order Form and will continue until otherwise terminated in accordance with Section 5.
