For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the undersigned (“Recipient") enters into this Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement"), with and for the benefit of Burley Consulting, LLC ("Firm") and the Firm’s clients (hereafter described as “Disclosing Party”) as of the date last entered below (“Effective Date”). Recipient, Disclosing Party and Firm are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
