This Last Yard Customer and Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Last Yard Pty Ltd (ABN 98 114 916 504) (“Last Yard”). If you are agreeing to this Agreement not as an individual but on behalf of your company, then “Customer” or “you” means your company, and you are binding your company to this Agreement. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A LAST YARD PRODUCT USING AN EMAIL ADDRESS FROM YOUR EMPLOYER OR ANOTHER ENTITY, THEN (A) YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO REPRESENT SUCH PARTY, (B) YOUR CLICK TO ACCEPT WILL BIND YOUR
