THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (collectively with the addenda and exhibits attached hereto, this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of October 23, 2020, by and between TeamDynamix Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 1600 Dublin Road, Suite #200, Columbus, Ohio, 43215 (“TeamDynamix”), and Tarrant County College District, a Higher Education institution, with its principal location at 1500 Houston Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102, (hereinafter “Client”). TeamDynamix and Client may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
