The agreement applies to all permanent, temporary/term contract or casual employees employed by City of Newcastle located at 12 Stewart Avenue, Newcastle NSW 2300, who fall within the coverage of the Local Government (State) Award 2020, except if you are a member of Senior Staff as defined in the Local Government Act 1993 or if you are covered by the Entertainment and Broadcasting Industry - Live Theatre and Concert (State) Award 1998.
