This standard form contract ("Contract") specifies the procedure for the provision of electronic commercial services that are covered by the nationwide automated information system, as well as mutual rights and obligations, the procedure for relations and other conditions between the Republican Unitary Enterprise “National Center for Electronic Services”, "NAIS Operator1", represented by Director R.A. Gradusov who acts under the Charter, of the one part, and a foreign citizen (a legal entity), "Consumer", who has accepted the public offer (Offer) of entering into the Contract made by the NAIS Operator, of the other part, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties".
