This ITI Instructor-Led Training Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Industrial Training International LLC, a Washington corporation (“ITI”), and the customer (“Customer”) and is made effective as of the date of execution of the Purchase Agreement by each of the parties hereto (the “Purchase Agreement”). In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the authorized representatives of the parties, on behalf of the parties hereto, agree as follows.
