THIS ADDENDUM ("Addendum") is entered into by and between Fort Bend County, ("County"), a body cotporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, and Schneider Electric Buildings Americas, Inc., ("Schneider Electric"), a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas (hereinafter each referred to as a "party" or collectively as the "parties").
