This RFQ is being issued for Lock Haven University by the Issuing Office listed above. The Issuing Office is the sole point-of-contact for this RFQ. From the issue date of this RFQ until a determination is made regarding the selection of a supplier, all contacts concerning this RFQ must be made through the Issuing Office. Only information supplied by the Issuing Office, including responses to questions regarding the RFQ, should be used in preparing quotes. Any violation of this condition is cause for Lock Haven University to reject a supplier’s quote.
