Hold Harmless Crossing AgreementCrossing Agreement • August 30th, 2018
In executing this agreement, I hereby request and authorize the District, through its Bus Contractor, to provide transportation on a daily basis allowing the student identified in the previous paragraph to exit the school bus at a location or time other than that scheduled by the District or Bus Contractor. Specifically, as part of this agreement, the identified student shall be allowed to cross (name and number of street). This arrangement will be in effect upon execution of this agreement and its receipt by the District, through the duration of the 20 /20 school year schedule or upon this agreement being withdrawn by either party, if earlier. Such withdrawal shall only be effective if in writing and upon receipt by the Suffield Superintendent of Schools or designee. The withdrawal shall either be hand delivered or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested.
