These Terms and Conditions together with the electronically signed and completed purchase form constitute the “Agreement” between A.J. Jersey, Inc. (“Seller” or “AJ”) and Buyer. This Agreement applies to all purchases made by Buyer from Seller, and all quotations, invoices and/or purchase orders issued by Seller to Buyer with respect to any forklift and/or material handling equipment. For purposes of this Agreement, “Equipment” means any forklift and/or material handling equipment purchased by Buyer from Seller under this Agreement.
