This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date set forth on the signature page hereof and is by and between Allergy Labs of America LLC (“Disclosing Party”) and the person or entity set forth on the signature page hereof (“Receiving Party”). Disclosing Party and Receiving Party may be hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
