(“Customer-Generator”) and PacifiCorp, dba Rocky Mountain Power, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Utah (“Rocky Mountain Power”). Customer-Generator and Rocky Mountain Power each may be referred to as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties.”
