The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages, all as set out herein and to provide the applicable procedures for settling grievances which may arise hereunder, so as to maintain harmonious relations between the Company and associates covered by this Agreement and to assist the Company in the most efficient operation of its business.
