This agreement is to be read and signed by all Foster Carers prior to commencing. This Foster Care Agreement will apply to any Greyhound fostered by the carer and is subject to an individual Foster Care Plan (Schedule 1) provided for each Greyhound (any such additional Schedule will form a part of this Agreement from the date it is signed). This document is supplementary to the Volunteer Agreement.
