THIS AGREEMENT OF SALE (this "Agreement") is effective this 1st day of July, 2014 by and between DIAL A MAID LLC, a Texas limited liability company, ("Dial A Maid" or "Seller"), having an address at 3715 Spring Meadow Lane, Flower Mound, Texas 75028, and EMILY'S PERSONNEL SERVICE LLC, a Texas limited liability company, having an address at 2606 Manor Way, Dallas, TX, 75235 (“Purchaser”; Purchaser and Seller are sometimes collectively known as the "Parties").
