This Operating Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of [ ], 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Louisiana Integrated PolyEthylene JV LLC a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”), and Equistar Chemicals, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Operator”).
