The Most Important Terms and Conditions (“MITC”) of the loan between the Borrower/s and Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd., a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Ramon House, H T Parekh Marg, 169,Backbay Reclamation, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400 020(herein after referred to as “HDFC”) are mentioned below and are to be read in conjunction with the terms contained in the Offer Letter and the Loan Agreement and any other document(s) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Transaction Documents”) which you have executed (jointly and severally as may be applicable) with HDFC.
