This Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) is entered into by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, represented by the Ministry of Urban Development (hereinafter “MoUD”), the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (hereinafter “UNECE”), a regional commission of the United Nations, and the United Nations Development Programme (“UNDP”), a subsidiary organ of the United Nations, UNECE, UNDP, and MoUD being hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties”.
