SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASESettlement Agreement • October 13th, 2020 • California
The Chemical Toxin Working Group, Inc. (“CTWG”), on the one hand, and United Natural Foods, Inc. and Haddon House Food Products, Inc. (jointly referred to as “Haddon House”), on the other hand, enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”). Only one of United Natural Foods, Inc. and Haddon House Food Products, Inc. shall be required to comply with the requirements of Sections 3 and 4, below, and satisfaction by one of them with those requirements shall be deemed to be satisfaction by both. This Agreement is effective on the date on which it is fully executed (“Effective Date”). CTWG and Haddon House are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
